Their attention to detail to integrate the new system into our house so that it worked well and looked good was very much appreciated! The team who did the install were also very professional and friendly - Tom, Jason, Trent, Connor & Marvyn.

Today had a Mitsubishi Electric 18kW ducted system with MyAir installed and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our home. Brendon, Tate, Jason, Alex, Austin and Trent, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do.They took the time to explain how the system works and made sure everything was set up and running perfectly before they left. The installation was smooth, tidy, and done with great care and attention to detail. The level of comfort and control we now have throughout the house now is amazing!If you’re looking to upgrade your air conditioning, we highly recommend the team ar Australian Climate Systems. Excellent service and a top quality result!

I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 star. It would have been 5 stars honestly but we had a pretty lousy experience with the salesperson which left us hanging for months with no quote.HOWEVER, after a bad review, the owner of the company got in touch with me directly and handled everything. Jason was very apologetic and did everything he could to make this go smoothly and it did. He was very informative, communicated well and the whole process was great with Jason.We had a 16kw inverter installed, all zoned, a bathroom extraction fan and also a new electric hot water service installed. The install crew were on time, worked hard for 2 full days and they were done!Very impressed! I'm glad we toughed it out and went with ACS.

I got over 6 quotes from various companies and this was the only company that provided the full VECC rebate and was completely transparent around costing and the whole process. Very happy.

Really impressive workmanship and service experience.We recently had Australian Climate Systems replace our split systems and ducted heating with ducted reverse cycle in our two storey home. Dan came out to quote and his level of knowledge far surpassed any of the other providers who quoted the job for us. Dan listened to what it was we were looking to for was really solution focused. Dan was available to discuss any element of the install all the way through to the final day.Tom and the install team arrived early every day and worked tirelessly to finish the job even earlier than I was expecting. For the amount of cutting and grinding which needed to happen, the house was really clean at the end of each day. We have a young child in the house and Tom and the team worked around their needs effortlessly.We are really glad that we chose Australian Climate Systems to help us with us with this work. We would use them in heartbeat.

A big shout to Alex Wiles from ACS, our problem was not able to be fixed, there was maybe a chance that the part was available, so Alex went to ends of the earth to see what he could do, but was not successful as it was discontinued, it's people like Alex we need to have around, so once again thank you Alex, and keep up the good work. Great friendly team. Used them once a couple of years back from word of mouth and was impressed. Called them again through Kylie for AC regas and ducted heating service. Jhye was super in checking the gas which was non existent. He even went to get the gas and come back to make sure we make it through the heat. We put the heating service on hold as that’s not priority now. Already booked for the service of heater and another new AC through Alex. They are customer focused. Thanks again Jhye. Your customer focus has set the bar.

We had our old gas heating system removed and replaced with a ducted and zoned reverse cycle electric system. The team of about 7 guys were amazing and worked extremely hard all day. It took two full days to finish the job and they left everything very clean and tidy.After using the heating system we had a small problem with one of the zones. We called them and they were around to sort it out very quickly. I think this is a sign of a great company when there is a problem and it’s immediately resolved.We love the new system. Heater is amazing and can’t wait to try the cooling once the weather heats up.A big thank you to all the team.

Thank you to Australian Climate Systems (ACS) their commitment to providing a Five Star service was admirable. Their communication was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly, they went above and beyond to provide the best product at the lowest price. Dan was extremely helpful throughout the quoting process, allowing me to be fussy with my selection and went into details such as long-term power consumption between different units. Also gave me an explanation of the VEEC rebate process which would save me money. The installation went smoothly despite some unexpected complications presented by the house which ACS were able to resolve for me quickly, including excellent after sales care to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the job. The end result was a more than satisfactory experience overall. I would gladly recommend ACS to anyone.

What an impressive company to deal with.They provide a high standard of professionalism starting from our initial phone call arranging a quote to the installation of the split systems & decommissioning of the gas ducted heater.Daniel is extremely helpful which ensures that he not only provided a thorough quote, but also an explanation of the VEEC rebate process (which is very easy).The installation team are very professional, hard working and very team oriented, which enabled the job to be completed on schedule.They were very polite and friendly to interact with and the clean up of work areas was fantastic.Vanessa, Jessica and Kylie who work in the office are also very friendly, efficient and professional to deal with.I highly recommend this ACS and it is more than worthy of a 5 star review .

ACS Chirnside Park. From beginning to end impeccable service. Dan was extremely helpful and explained the system in detail, listening to my concerns and answering all questions professionally. Looked after the young installers who were all respectful and worked so well together, a great camaraderie between them that was a joy to witness. I exchanged a gas ducted heating to both heating and cooling system. Each day the premises were left perfectly clean both inside and outside and went beyond what was expected. So far so good. I was exploring a commercial engagement to look after many systems in a business. Alex has been very thorough and polite to deal with.One appointment was delayed as a technician was unwell, this happens, it was rebooked within 24 hours. Great outcome.I booked a domestic repair this week and the technician Bruno was again excellent. He did a great job, explaining everything. We felt heard, looked after and informed. We’ve had our system 7yrs and from week 2 it had an issue where it just wouldn’t turn on. Every year we had another group come out and “repair” our system, this year it happened again and I decided to use Australian Climate Systems based off their google reviews and thank God as they were reliable, on time and well priced, they even found the faulty item that was causing the issue since the beginning! I will defs use them again as should you!
