We recently worked with Australian Climate Systems while renovating our house and couldn’t be happier with the experience! We needed new outlets installed and a service for our heating and air conditioning system, and the team was fantastic from start to finish.Booking was prompt and easy, and the technicians were highly knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our home. We had our old gas heating system removed and replaced with a ducted and zoned reverse cycle electric system. The team of about 7 guys were amazing and worked extremely hard all day. It took two full days to finish the job and they left everything very clean and tidy.After using the heating system we had a small problem with one of the zones. We called them and they were around to sort it out very quickly. I think this is a sign of a great company when there is a problem and it’s immediately resolved.We love the new system. Heater is amazing and can’t wait to try the cooling once the weather heats up.A big thank you to all the team.

Thank you to Australian Climate Systems (ACS) their commitment to providing a Five Star service was admirable. Their communication was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly, they went above and beyond to provide the best product at the lowest price. Dan was extremely helpful throughout the quoting process, allowing me to be fussy with my selection and went into details such as long-term power consumption between different units. Also gave me an explanation of the VEEC rebate process which would save me money. The installation went smoothly despite some unexpected complications presented by the house which ACS were able to resolve for me quickly, including excellent after sales care to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the job. The end result was a more than satisfactory experience overall. I would gladly recommend ACS to anyone.

What an impressive company to deal with.They provide a high standard of professionalism starting from our initial phone call arranging a quote to the installation of the split systems & decommissioning of the gas ducted heater.Daniel is extremely helpful which ensures that he not only provided a thorough quote, but also an explanation of the VEEC rebate process (which is very easy).The installation team are very professional, hard working and very team oriented, which enabled the job to be completed on schedule.They were very polite and friendly to interact with and the clean up of work areas was fantastic.Vanessa, Jessica and Kylie who work in the office are also very friendly, efficient and professional to deal with.I highly recommend this ACS and it is more than worthy of a 5 star review .

I called ACS to see if they could help. Alex was literally out to help within 2 hours and did a fix for me (double storey) even though it wasn't an issue from ACS. Very impressive company and deserve their 5 stars.

ACS Chirnside Park. From beginning to end impeccable service. Dan was extremely helpful and explained the system in detail, listening to my concerns and answering all questions professionally. Looked after the young installers who were all respectful and worked so well together, a great camaraderie between them that was a joy to witness. I exchanged a gas ducted heating to both heating and cooling system. Each day the premises were left perfectly clean both inside and outside and went beyond what was expected. It has been a pleasure having had dealings with this company. A special mention to Brendan and Trent who were the last to clean up and explain the new system. So far so good. I was exploring a commercial engagement to look after many systems in a business. Alex has been very thorough and polite to deal with.One appointment was delayed as a technician was unwell, this happens, it was rebooked within 24 hours. Great outcome.I booked a domestic repair this week and the technician Bruno was again excellent. He did a great job, explaining everything. We felt heard, looked after and informed. He spoke highly of the company and seemed to enjoy his job.I was impressed by Alex and Bruno. Will send more work to ACS.

We’ve had our system 7yrs and from week 2 it had an issue where it just wouldn’t turn on. Every year we had another group come out and “repair” our system, this year it happened again and I decided to use Australian Climate Systems based off their google reviews and thank God as they were reliable, on time and well priced, they even found the faulty item that was causing the issue since the beginning! I will defs use them again as should you!

We recently got two Split systems installed through Australian Climate Systems. The whole process from quoting to post installation checks were done in a seamless, efficient and professional manner. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We got the quote on Monday and the installation was completed by Thursday of the same week.There was very good communication all the way through. Was referred to ACS by a friend - 100% would recommend as well! Dan came by to take a look at my issue. I had two others give me quotes as well. One had said it wasn't possible to fix and therefore needed a whole revamp, the other gave an outrageous quote.Dan and ACS had no idea why I was told this by others and said a) it's definitely doable and b) gave me a very competitive quote. He was also very personable and actually spent time having a chat with me, which was lovely!Nick and his team came to install a new heating system and service the cooling. They were super professional, efficient, tidy and cleaned up afterwards. The area was a tight space, but they managed to make it work and kept me informed of what was happening the whole time.Thanks ACS team! You guys are awesome! Agree with all the 5-star reviews. The installers were terrific and did a great job, and were happy to talk to us and show us how to use the new system. Our house is now so nice and warm! Everything was done on-time and no fuss.Used ACS services again to replace a heater at a rental property just a few weeks before Christmas. That I am a repeat customer confirms my confidence in this company. Once again, prompt and courteous service. And despite the tenants cancelling an installation date and having to re-schedule, this was no problem for ACS. New heater was installed and all is good!Update Aug 2022: just had an A/C installed (my third use of this company). I didn't bother going anywhere else. No problems and no issues.

Another great job, thanks. A few years ago, we got quotes for a reverse cycle system downstairs and went with these guys who did a great job. The system is still going strong. It made a great difference to that area in summer and winter, so we now put one upstairs too and it makes the space much more livable. They came out, told us the best position for the system which made sense when they explained it. The installation went smoothly on the day they said and we have another far more livable space. Happy to recommend.
