If you live in the semi-rural township of Seville, you’re likely used to extremes of temperature in both summer and winter. Like all of Melbourne, the suburb is subject to hot spells, and Seville’s location in the Yarra Valley foothills also means chilly winter days and occasional overnight frosts.
Staying comfortable in Seville means your heating and cooling solutions need to suit both the climate and the layout of your home. At Australian Climate Systems, we specialise in upgrading, installing, and servicing air conditioning in a range of homes, including retrofitting new systems into older builds.
Established homes in Seville with gas ducted heating are already set up for winter, but when summer temperatures soar, you might need a reliable cooling solution as well. Add-on cooling gives you the option to cool your home in summer. Depending on your home’s design, we may be able to incorporate this into your existing ductwork for ease of installation. Contact us to install add-on cooling in Seville.
VEU Rebate: Switch to Electric and Save: Thinking of swapping out your existing gas heating for energy-efficient refrigerated heating and cooling? Your home may be eligible for the VEU Rebate. Get in touch with Australian Climate Systems to learn more.
The best aircon for your home depends on its layout and your particular needs.
Split Systems: A split system is a reliable and affordable solution for homes with an extension or that don’t have the space for ductwork. Split systems are an energy-efficient way to control the temperature of one specific room, or multiple rooms with a multi-head system.
Ducted Reverse Cycle Heating and Cooling: If you’ve got a larger home on an acreage and want efficient whole home heating and cooling, ducted air conditioning is ideal. Most ducted systems can be zoned for energy efficiency.
Evaporative Cooling: If you already have heating covered and want a way to cool down, consider evaporative cooling. These systems take in warm air from outside and pass it over water-soaked pads to cool it through the process of evaporation. They’re great for the Yarra Valley’s hot, dry summers, and let you leave your windows open while fresh, cool air circulates through your home.
Older brick veneer and weatherboard cladding homes often experience fluctuating indoor temperatures. Air conditioning systems with inverter technology adjust their output to suit the current needs of the room. Not only does this keep the space more comfortable, it also saves energy.
At Australian Climate Systems, we stock a wide range of modern air conditioning solutions with energy-efficient technology. Contact us to learn more about our range today.
We supply and install superior brands, including Brivis, Braemar, Bonaire, Daikin and ActronAir.

“I had a few people coming from different companies to quote on the replacement of my mum's existing ducted heating system. I must say that Australian Climate systems sales who came to us was the most knowledgeable and he strongly recommended that we have the air return grille changed as per standard which the previous sales who came to my mum's premise didn't mention at all. Their installation worker came on schedule and worked with high efficiency. Satisfied customer.”
