So far so good. I was exploring a commercial engagement to look after many systems in a business. Alex has been very thorough and polite to deal with.One appointment was delayed as a technician was unwell, this happens, it was rebooked within 24 hours. Great outcome.I booked a domestic repair this week and the technician Bruno was again excellent. He did a great job, explaining everything. We felt heard, looked after and informed. We’ve had our system 7yrs and from week 2 it had an issue where it just wouldn’t turn on. Every year we had another group come out and “repair” our system, this year it happened again and I decided to use Australian Climate Systems based off their google reviews and thank God as they were reliable, on time and well priced, they even found the faulty item that was causing the issue since the beginning! Was referred to ACS by a friend - 100% would recommend as well! Dan came by to take a look at my issue. I had two others give me quotes as well. One had said it wasn't possible to fix and therefore needed a whole revamp, the other gave an outrageous quote.Dan and ACS had no idea why I was told this by others and said a) it's definitely doable and b) gave me a very competitive quote. He was also very personable and actually spent time having a chat with me, which was lovely!Nick and his team came to install a new heating system and service the cooling. Agree with all the 5-star reviews. The installers were terrific and did a great job, and were happy to talk to us and show us how to use the new system. Our house is now so nice and warm! Everything was done on-time and no fuss.Used ACS services again to replace a heater at a rental property just a few weeks before Christmas. That I am a repeat customer confirms my confidence in this company. Once again, prompt and courteous service. And despite the tenants cancelling an installation date and having to re-schedule, this was no problem for ACS. New heater was installed and all is good!Update Aug 2022: just had an A/C installed (my third use of this company). I didn't bother going anywhere else. No problems and no issues.
