Australian Climate Systems were very efficient to deal with – They arranged for a very knowledgeable representative to meet with us a couple of days after we had first contacted them – he detailed in a very clear way the various options available to us, then left us to consider these. We liked the absence of pressure and the feeling that we were being dealt with honestly, a major reason we decided to have ACS install the split system we settled on. The installation was proceeded with in a matter of days, and finished in half a day. The old unit and all packaging from the new one was removed, leaving no annoying mess or damage for us to sort out after the process was finished. Well done!
