Another great job, thanks. A few years ago, we got quotes for a reverse cycle system downstairs and went with these guys who did a great job. The system is still going strong. It made a great difference to that area in summer and winter, so we now put one upstairs too and it makes the space much more livable. They came out, told us the best position for the system which made sense when they explained it. The installation went smoothly on the day they said and we have another far more livable space. Happy to recommend.

I've used Australian Climate Systems for 3 ducted heating units now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I had an issue yesterday with low airflow and they sent Jonathan straight out today and it was a minor issue with ducting. Fixed in 5 mins. All staff are great to deal with from sales, admin and installers.

Great service and communication from the whole team. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa and Kylie. The technician Meeran had to come twice in order to resolve the issue with our split system air conditioning, but was able to fix it and now it works perfectly. We were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Both times he was punctual, and even took his shoes off when he saw that we don't wear any in the house. Would highly recommend these guys for any air con issues ☺️

Discussed our requirements and made helpful suggestions. The crew turned up on time and were very co-operative, working around me as I was working from home. When I called back a week or two later with some queries about the installation, they didn't hesitate to send someone out, not to argue the point, but to make sure it was all sorted and we were happy. All our interactions with sales, office, and install staff were friendly, professional, and prompt. We got a good system that meets our needs nicely at a good price. Happy to recommend these guys (and Kylie!) to anyone.

We have ACS to install the ducted heating for us at the beginning of the year and now again, we decided to have them to install our cooling system. Absolutely right decision to go with these guys, they are professional, reliable and easy friendly to communicate! I need to give thanks to Daniel who did the inspection and quotation for us. Australian Climate Systems is easily one of the best companies I've dealt with. We purchased ducted heating and evaporative cooling from them over 12-months ago.Their sales team were very easy to deal with, no pressure or trying to sell us something we didn't need - just sound advice and gave us the opportunity to make an informed decision.The installation team were really friendly, flexible, fast and clean! Unlike most tradies, they didn't leave rubbish lying under the house or in the attic and their work was top notch. They put the extra effort in to make sure everything was tucked away nicely and secured.To top it all off, we've had some issues with the unit itself (not their fault in any way) and their after sales care has been outstanding. We email and typically get a reply within 20-mins! They fully understand the issue and set processes into motion and get everything organized. No chasing them up, waiting in a queue on the phone, or back and forth in an email - just address the issue and they are eager to help.We got quotes and dealt with big and small companies and were very unimpressed. Even outside of the heating/cooling industry - comparing other companies and tradies we dealt with over the course of our renovation - this has been easily one the best decisions we made and couldn't be happier.Thankyou Australian Climate Systems!

Yesterday we were visited by Tim to service our Brivis ducted heating unit.We were impressed with Tim's work and his engagement in the job. I pummeled him with lots of questions and he responded with informative answers. And at the conclusion of the job, Tim gave me a detailed verbal rundown of the tasks he completed, along with some tips for better use of the heater when the power supply is on the flaky side (as is often the case here at Mt Evelyn). His easy and friendly manner meant that we received a really good idea of the current status of our 20-year-old heating unit.Please pass on to your management team our pleasure with Tim's work and knowledgeable personal approach. When we do eventually need to replace our old heating unit, we know exactly where to order the new one!

Absolutely outstanding!!!Australian Climate recently completed a full upgrade - heating unit and replacement of all duct work. You get what you pay for they weren't the cheapest quote but thoroughly checked our requirements and clearly explained everything. After reading great reviews I felt comfortable the extra expense would give me peace of mind.Access to the under house ducting was extremely tight and what I can only imagine was tremendously difficult install conditions, the team were outstanding even after the challenging day there was no compromise taking the time to tidy up and bag all the rubbish before providing a full run through of the system and what they had done is a testament to their outstanding work ethic.I'm very glad to have a nice warm house again.Thank you Australian Climate Systems

such great service, both the customer service and the tradesman were exceptional. We had no heating for about a month, I finally booked Aus Climate Systems to come look at it, and then we had a big storm that left us and many others without power for 3 days. This meant our original booking could not go ahead. They reached out to us to check if we had power and rebook us in. The tradesperson got our broken heater working within about 10 mins and did a service without any issues. We were also able to pick his brain about options for updating our heating and cooling. I was stressing that this was going to be an expensive and hard thing to fix, but so glad these guys were recommended to me, I can not fault them at all. We are now nice and toastie warm!

After 3 days without power, my heating did not start when we finally had it restored. I tried to follow the instructions on my unit to no avail, so rang Aus. Climate Systems. The amazing Vanessa sent me a YouTube video to try and reset my system along with some verbal tips. Unfortunately this still did not work, so she organised a technician to come the next morning - the Saturday of a long weekend, 3 days out of lockdown and in an area of Melbourne that had just experienced the worst storms in 100yrs. James arrived on time and was extremely personable and polite. He was able to get my heating working again, serviced it and explained what I needed to do if this were to happen again.I was already happy with Aus. Climate Systems when they installed my new ducted unit 5yrs ago, and was happy to recommend them for their value and professionalism... I was so incredibly impressed with their genuine concern for my families well being and helpfulness, I will continue to recommend and sing their praises.

We've been using ACS for many years now to service out cooling and heating systems and have found them to be very professional in our dealings. Work carried out is always explained and recommendation for future work/life of the unit/s is provided. They are honest in the advice provided and charge at reasonable rates. We contacted Australian Climate Systems to replace our old ducted heating system. Their representative, Daniel, conducted a very detailed appraisal of our needs and recommended various options. The quote came quickly and Daniel was always available to answer our questions. He made another site visit to check whether changes we wanted to the old system could be achieved; and visited again on the day of installation to take the crew through the job to make sure it would be installed to our needs. In the pre-installation period, the office staff at ACS were in regular contact to make sure everything was going smoothly. The installation crew were very efficient, pleasant and always ready to answer any questions. After a week of experiencing the new system, we contacted Daniel to discuss a little fine tuning. Within an hour the office had called to arrange for the person who installed the system to come over. We couldn't fault the professionalism of ACS, and most importantly we love our new heating system.

Quote received from Jason was very competitive and he also arranged to have the installation undertaken once 80% of our house renovations were undertaken, this enabled the united to be installed with very little cables and capping being required. The office staff were also great keeping us informed of installation dates etc. The installers were knowledgeable, punctual and knew how to install the unit in the best possible fit for our dwelling.

Everything was done on-time and no fuss.Used ACS services again to replace a heater at a rental property just a few weeks before Christmas. That I am a repeat customer confirms my confidence in this company. Once again, prompt and courteous service. And despite the tenants cancelling an installation date and having to re-schedule, this was no problem for ACS. New heater was installed and all is good!

Australian Climate Systems were very efficient to deal with - They arranged for a very knowledgeable representative to meet with us a couple of days after we had first contacted them - he detailed in a very clear way the various options available to us, then left us to consider these. We liked the absence of pressure and the feeling that we were being dealt with honestly, a major reason we decided to have ACS install the split system we settled on. The installation was proceeded with in a matter of days, and finished in half a day. The old unit and all packaging from the new one was removed, leaving no annoying mess or damage for us to sort out after the process was finished. Well done!

From the moment Dan (sales rep) came to check and quote, to the final installation, the process was very professional and they did all they said they would. I had a few people coming from different companies to quote on the replacement of my mum's existing ducted heating system. I must say that Australian Climate systems sales who came to us was the most knowledgeable and he strongly recommended that we have the air return grille changed as per standard which the previous sales who came to my mum's premise didn't mention at all. We had a heating and cooling system installed in May. The crew that did the installation were fabulous. They arrived on time, were very respectful in their dealings with me, did the installation with the minimum of fuss and cleaned up after themselves at all stages. They also gave detailed instructions on use of the system and made it clear that if I had any problems at all that they were happy to come and resolve them. I also found the front office staff to be very helpful. Especially Kylie. I would be happy to recommend them to other people.

What can I say. Our old ducted heater came to an end after 22 yrs.The house was around 10C in the evenings.ACS made themselves available the day I called, Daniel provided quote and updated information, other companies took too long to get back to me.The same day I made the decision to go ahead and the next day the installation was on time as agreed, Alex did an excellent job and tidy up.We have heat again and comfort, Thank you ACS.

When we experienced some problems two weeks ago the amazing Kylie from reception booked us in for a service and repair within two days... despite the freeeeezing weather and the high demand for repairs! We got Australian Climate Systems to install both ducted heating and cooling. Dan (sales rep) came over and gave us a quote and answered all our questions. His approach/style/personality was why we picked them over the other quotes. We had, what we felt were a lot of "stupid" questions, but he answered them all, explained everything and really put our minds at ease.We did have one issue the day following the install with an error code 51 appearing on the controller. They sent a tech guy the very next day. Sorted out all the issues. And nothing bad (touch wood :-) happened since. That prompt service is something that I gladly appreciate. As others in the past have given us the run-around once the sale is finalised.The whole experience from the sales with Dan, the install, and the issue (kudos to the tech and office staff as well) is why they deserve 5 stars.

We downsized home 2 years ago. Our new home has both evaporated cooling as well as gas central heat. From documentation left we saw that these units had been maintained by Aust Climate Systems for several years. Last year we had our cooling system serviced. We had great prompt and affordable service. Recently we decided to upgrade the 20 year old heating system. Once again this was done promptly along with some duct repair work that was necesary. Last year our winter gas bill was shocking. We realised something was wrong, but who could help us? We knew we had to do something before winter this year. In March, we googled, we read hundreds of reviews. We then got several leading companies to come and tell us what was wrong and what solution we had. They all had conflicting views and competitive quotes. We were left rather confused. That was when we found Australian Climate Systems. Vanessa answered my "desperate" call, and she "listened". She then said, "let me find Daniel for you".From the first conversation I had with Daniel Brooks, to his first visit to our home to inspect, advise and quote, and then to after sales and installation advice and support, Daniel has been nothing but the BEST we could ask for.Daniel is unique. He was never rushed; from the beginning of our first consultation to after care support, he maintained a genuineness that is very rare in this day and age. We felt we could trust his advice, and that we were in good hands. Daniel spoke to the company owner on our behalf and price matched for us. In the end, we not only got our existing Brivis heater zoned, but we also replaced our cooler with a brand new Brivis evaporative cooler.Last week of March, Adam and Ben came to upgrade and install both systems. They were punctual, courteous, and efficient. Kylie from admin has also been very friendly and attentive.It is the end of August now. You might wonder why I took this long to write this glowing review on Australian Climate Systems. Well, I waited until I got two winter gas heating bills, so I could say without a shadow of a doubt that what Australian Climate Systems did for us gave us the best outcome. As promised, I am writing a good review for the business. I was very happy with how knowledgeable and helpful Dan was. The staff and installers were always on time, very mature and professional, they spent an entire day installing our system even though they were only scheduled for half a day installation due to our confined space in the roof (not their fault), but not a single word of complaint. Had a few other very minor hiccups, but Dan was very on the ball, everything were solved smoothly, and the answers were given to us before we even thought of the question. I think if it were someone else who did the job for us, we would've encountered a lot more other problems, I have to admit, it was a challenging job but Dan and his team carried it out to a very satisfying level of quality. The workers sweeped everything, took off their shoes when they entered the house even though we told them it was ok to keep them on, they even asked us if they could use our bathroom despite the bathroom being right in front of them. I'm very impressed. Highly recommend the business. Professional, helpful.
