We got Australian Climate Systems to install both ducted heating and cooling. Dan (sales rep) came over and gave us a quote and answered all our questions. His approach/style/personality was why we picked them over the other quotes. We had, what we felt were a lot of “stupid” questions, but he answered them all, explained everything and really put our minds at ease.
We did have one issue the day following the install with an error code 51 appearing on the controller. They sent a tech guy the very next day. Sorted out all the issues. And nothing bad (touch wood 🙂 happened since. That prompt service is something that I gladly appreciate. As others in the past have given us the run-around once the sale is finalised.
The whole experience from the sales with Dan, the install, and the issue (kudos to the tech and office staff as well) is why they deserve 5 stars.
