We contacted Australian Climate Systems to replace our old ducted heating system. Their representative, Daniel, conducted a very detailed appraisal of our needs and recommended various options. The quote came quickly and Daniel was always available to answer our questions. He made another site visit to check whether changes we wanted to the old system could be achieved; and visited again on the day of installation to take the crew through the job to make sure it would be installed to our needs. In the pre-installation period, the office staff at ACS were in regular contact to make sure everything was going smoothly. The installation crew were very efficient, pleasant and always ready to answer any questions. After a week of experiencing the new system, we contacted Daniel to discuss a little fine tuning. Within an hour the office had called to arrange for the person who installed the system to come over. We couldn’t fault the professionalism of ACS, and most importantly we love our new heating system.
