As promised, I am writing a good review for the business. I was very happy with how knowledgeable and helpful Dan was. The staff and installers were always on time, very mature and professional, they spent an entire day installing our system even though they were only scheduled for half a day installation due to our confined space in the roof (not their fault), but not a single word of complaint. Had a few other very minor hiccups, but Dan was very on the ball, everything were solved smoothly, and the answers were given to us before we even thought of the question. I think if it were someone else who did the job for us, we would’ve encountered a lot more other problems, I have to admit, it was a challenging job but Dan and his team carried it out to a very satisfying level of quality. The workers sweeped everything, took off their shoes when they entered the house even though we told them it was ok to keep them on, they even asked us if they could use our bathroom despite the bathroom being right in front of them. I’m very impressed. Highly recommend the business. Professional, helpful.
