Last year our winter gas bill was shocking. We realised something was wrong, but who could help us? We knew we had to do something before winter this year. From the first conversation I had with Daniel Brooks, to his first visit to our home to inspect, advise and quote, and then to after sales and installation advice and support, Daniel has been nothing but the BEST we could ask for.
Daniel is unique. He was never rushed; from the beginning of our first consultation to after care support, he maintained a genuineness that is very rare in this day and age. We felt we could trust his advice, and that we were in good hands. Daniel spoke to the company owner on our behalf and price matched for us. In the end, we not only got our existing Brivis heater zoned, but we also replaced our cooler with a brand new Brivis evaporative cooler.
Last week of March, Adam and Ben came to upgrade and install both systems. They were punctual, courteous, and efficient. Kylie from admin has also been very friendly and attentive.
It is the end of August now. You might wonder why I took this long to write this glowing review on Australian Climate Systems. Well, I waited until I got two winter gas heating bills, so I could say without a shadow of a doubt that what Australian Climate Systems did for us gave us the best outcome. Our winter gas bills have reduced by far.
With my hand on my heart, I can now tell anyone who would choose this company that they can’t go wrong with their work ethic. I will keep you all posted on the cooling system when the summer is over.
